Virtual Training

Brian works with clients virtually in a variety of ways to meet the client’s schedule, budget and time constraints. Zoom, Skype, and Messenger are used to train individuals or groups. In addition, Brian will text, email, or call to provide training programs, or continued information, support and accountability.

Many clients have realized the benefits of virtual or combination training (virtual paired with in person training). A virtual or partially virtual approach to training can be a great time-saver and help you get in workouts around a busy schedule.

Brian offers clinics / workshops in the following areas:

  • Program Minimalism for the busy person, and how the trainer’s role fits. (Focus on stronger, healthier, and zero pain.)
  • Body transformation programs for large groups using minimal programming and uncomplicated nutrition. (Audience dependent focus on how this business model generates rapid income and becomes a feeder for future programs.)
  • The three movement corrections that solve 99% of all our problems. (Focus on building resilient frames to withstand injury risk and stress.)
  • Intro to kettlebells and their proper use to achieve power lifting strength, gymnast mobility, and triathlete conditioning. (Focus on programming to achieve elements of all three pillars of fitness.)

Most custom workshops are between 2-4 hours in length and can either be broken into per person rates or a flat booking fee. Brian is happy to help with marketing efforts on social media posts.

Longevity Training

With a focus on scientifically proven methods, Brian approaches fitness with an emphasis on the whole person. Brian coaches with a strength and functional training framework to build resiliency for the lifespan. Attention is paid to lifestyle, stress management, mobility and circulation.

Brian also offers session in the PEP Sauna & Ice lab. There have been several studies on the health benefits of ice bathing and exposure to cold air. These studies suggest that the systemic reaction to cold and heat can be effective in treatment of inflammation, reduce hypercholesterolemia by brown adipose tissue activation, and have a positive effect on stress regulation.
