We all need guidance in our quest for strength, endurance, mobility, and general well-being. Workhorse Coaching is owned and operated by Brian Wright, who wants to provide you with the expert level coaching and support that has already transformed thousands of clients.

Coaching, seminars, and other forms of fitness training provided by Brian, reflect his focus on a minimalist approach. This involves achieving more with less. In everyday life, time and money are valuable commodities. Our fitness, while vital to a healthy lifestyle, must be sustainable, practical, and effective. It must fit into our lifestyle, meet out goals, and be the most effective and time saving way to achieve our goals. Brian works with each client to get the most out of their fitness program, with careful focus on correct form and the smartest movements for individual goals.

Workhorse Coaching also focuses on longevity training. By this, we mean that every training opportunity, whether it’s in the classroom, gym, or home is based on proven scientific research and revolves around functional movements that make all bodies stronger and more resilient. Brian believes in building resiliency for a lifetime. His training focuses on building strength, increasing mobility, and addressing the whole person for a holistic approach to health and fitness for the lifespan.

About Brian

Brian has worked with clients in private homes, gyms, corporate settings, college campuses, rehab clinics, and conference centers. His broad range of experience has prepared him to work with a diverse population working towards varied goals.

In addition to obtaining a Masters of Science from George Mason University, Brian has earned several training certifications from top rated national fitness organizations, including the highest level of certification in the kettlebell community. To keep current, Brian attends several seminars each year with world-renowned speakers in the industry. Brian continually works to deliver the best service to his fitness clients.

Brian teaches nationally with StrongFirst, the gold standard kettlebell education company. He also presents with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, IDEA personal training institute, Power-Systems Symposiums, and is a featured speaker at private events and fitness courses. Brian works with clients all over the world in his online coaching programs and travels across the US for a variety of workshop and teaching events.

Brian has been working as a trainer and coach for over 20 years. His approach is based on empowering clients to succeed.
